Man, it seems like all the good folks are shuffling off this mortal coil at once. Kurt Vonnegut, Jr. just passed away today. I really enjoyed Breakfast of Champions and the short stories of his that I read. I actually got to meet Mr. Vonnegut at Cody’s Books once. He was really nice and signed my copy of Timequake. He will be sorely missed.

So, what does the future hold for this space?

I really need to improve my favicon. I know that the two colors don’t contrast enough. I’ll be fixing that soon. Besides that, the only other improvement that I’d like to make is to improve the header. See, right now, there’s a PHP script that runs through a text file of my favorite games’ titles. Unfortunately though, I have yet to find a script that will take an optional parameter of the number of random selections as well as separator text/html, so I’ve got it running through the list once random, then I have separator text, then running through it randomly again, etc. If anyone knows of a script that will do something like this, I’d love to hear from you. Especially if it’s free. ;-)

Besides those relatively small changes, I’ll start actually adding content to this page in the form of real posts. I’m not sure about how often I’ll post, but it’ll hopefully be more often than the other blogs I have (see sidebar). I’m trying hard in my free time to work on applying for a job everywhere I can, so that takes up much of my free time.
